COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 8135-V0B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micon such as the C2K15D45000023 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA105120 manufactured by Electromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Electromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1065302 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atc Brand ARA120AFE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Consolidated-Controls such as 798541 equipment made by Consolidated-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Consolidated-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Consolidated-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PN250B made by Union-Signal as well as the popular DMCS007F10T00 original spares produced by Driving-Coney-Special-Inverter-Dmcs007f10t00-0.75k Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11D552 by Boston and 798541 spares by Consolidated-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EPC11578 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Artisan-Electronics. |
